My hat is off to Average Joe and his buds who put this event together. Everything was absolutely perfect and a whole lot of fun, not to mention the money that was raised for the charities.

I will be returning again next year, and if you can you should as well, it is a must attend tourney!!

Winners of the biggest fish received trophies and then they had the drawings for tons of goodies and an OK trident and Hobie Revolution. Heck, even if you didn't catch a fish the whole weekend(virtually impossible given the area) you could still come home a grand prize winner. I like that format and hope Joey would consider doing the same at Jam Bay.

Great fishing,great people, great tournament!!

That looks like a great tournament, beautiful country, beautiful pictures, and spectacular trophies. Makes me want to leave Texas for a little while and go "up North"!

I think those are some of the most beautiful trophies I've ever seen.

.Joe maybe next year they can add a catagory for the total length of all your bass caught. I had to have well over 100 bass over the weekend. Most between 20"-26", and a few keepers up to 33". I had a ball. I was a little worried that my rod woulden't straiten out it was bent so often. Thoughs little fish fought like monsters, and hit like a frieght train. I had a great time. I fished most of the time with Muzzy, Mike, Doc, and George D. We where all sore from catching all those fish.
Thanks again to all involved.
Will add pics soon.

My name is carl4x4 I am a yakaholic.

Joe thanks for all your hard work. I'll make sure to check the site earlier next year to make sure I easily beat the cut off. I don't want to miss it. Thanks for the great advice too.
