I think this should answer your question Big Grin rofl rofl I used to drive through OK from Texas to Missouri quite often when living in Austin and Dallas.....not much there so surfing the web has got to be a popular activity or cleaning the red clay off your shoes Eek

ValFitzAndrew, I have Yahoo! News set as my home page and the story happened to be on there. But I've been sick with a chest cold and haven;t felt like doing much other than internet surfing until the last few days.

E2, neat site. There is plenty to do here. Just not if you are a city boy. You see all those blue marks around Inola on that map? That is my kayaking playground that I can get to in just a few minutes. If I go another few minutes away, there are lakes everywhere. I just walked in from a friendly little team roping competition in my neighbors' arena. Afterward, all the folks on my one mile long dead end road (all 5 families!) planned our monthly BBQ for tomorrow night. We do things slower out here, but I couldn't imagine being "stacked" in a neighborhood or addition with another house six feet from mine. I really, really like not being able to see my neighbor's houses from mine.

Oh, and we don't have that red dirt and clay here, thank God. That is way farther West of us.

"David Hayes' granddaughter just asked him to hold her Barbie rod and reel while she went to the bathroom."

When I first saw that story, I figured the conversation was more like this:
"Grampa, I've got one! It's big!"
"Gimme that rod, and go tell your grandma to bring the camera!"

But then, I'm kind of cynical. Roll Eyes
